This lady misplaced all the things within the 2008 actual property disaster

Patrice Washington began her career before graduating from college.

The USC graduate became a real estate agent while juggling classes and homework during her senior year.

After graduating in 2003, Washington opened her own real estate and mortgage brokerage boutique. She had to hire staff immediately to keep up with demand.

By 2007, she had made millions and reinvested all of her earnings in 13 investment properties.

Then the real estate market collapsed and Washington’s company went out of business. The properties she’d parked her money in were now worth a fraction of what she’d paid for.

Today, 39-year-old Washington is a successful entrepreneur, bestselling author, and podcast host. Check out this video to see how she rebuilt her life after losing it all and to hear her advice for everyone struggling in the coronavirus economy.
