Gender-Neutral Language Reduces Bias Towards Men: Study

A new study shows that using gender-neutral language in place of masculine pronouns can reduce gender bias and increase support for women and nonbinary people. The researchers started with a hypothesis that gendered language affects our implicit bias towards men, and the study confirmed that theory.
